The Auckland Airport Emergency Services played a leading role in setting up the Firefighter Sky Tower Challenge in 2005. 

Auckland Airport joined as an event partner in 2009 and since then team’s from right across the organisation – from finance to engineering – have also taken part in many other Blood Cancer NZ events. Staff and management are proud of their efforts to fundraise throughout the year and to raise awareness of Blood Cancer NZ’s work.
