Sophie has been working in Blood Cancer NZ for over 19 years and, in that time, has helped implement a range of new financial systems and procedures to ensure the organisation’s financial sustainability and future growth.

As the head of Finance, Sophie is responsible for managing all financial aspects of the organisation including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, tax compliance, accounting and payroll management.
