Stephanie has had a long career in financial services currently holding a senior leadership position at Bank of New Zealand. She has extensive experience in leading teams, strategy development and growing sustainable business in an ever changing business landscape. Her governance experience includes Counties Manukau Sports Foundation and former Trustee and Chair of her local primary school.

Stephanie has first hand experience of navigating the complexity of blood cancer with her husband undergoing a stem cell transplant in 2023. Stephanie is Mum to 2 sons and a daughter and lives in Auckland.
