1. There are 7,500 tickets offered for purchase in this raffle, which are numbered from 1 to 7500 inclusive.
2. Tickets are NZ $30 per ticket or 4 tickets for $100 (inclusive of GST).
3. There is no limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased by any one person.
4. Tickets will be available for purchase from 28 March 2026 until 9pm on 27 June 2026 (unless sold out prior).
    

5. To be eligible to purchase a ticket in this raffle you must be 18 years or over.

6. Employees of the Trust and the Trust's related organisations, and their immediate families, are ineligible to participate in the raffle.

7. Evidence of the winner's identity and eligibility must be provided to the Trust, or its legal advisors, so that transfer of ownership can be completed.
 

8. The prize is a 2026 Suzuki Jimny 5-Door JLX Auto two tone worth the total value of $45,990 RRP.

9. You acknowledge that:
9.1) other than your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 the Trust’s responsibility to the winner is limited to providing the prize in the condition it is in at the date of the prize draw.
9.2) nothing in clause 10 is seeking to limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
 

10. The prize draw will take place at 9.30pm on 27 June 2026 during the Grocery Charity Ball held at Shed 10 in Auckland.

11. The prize will be drawn using GalaBid’s PRNG (Pseudo Random Number Generator) which ensures the selection of a random number, under supervision of an independent witness in accordance with Rule 6 (14) of the Gambling Act (Lottery) Game Rules 2004.

12. The result of the prize draw will be published on the Trust’s website and the Trust‘s social media platforms.

13. An email will be sent to all ticket holders notifying them of the winner of the prize.

14. The prize winner will be contacted by telephone and notified in writing.

15. The winner agrees that their details and photograph may be used for publicity and/or promotional purposes.
 

16. If the winner cannot be identified or located, after a reasonable effort, and the prize remains unclaimed 3 months after the draw, the Trust must notify the Secretary for Internal Affairs within 1 month. The prize must then be disposed of according to the Secretary for Internal Affairs directions. The Trust must ensure that the prize is retained for 3 months after the draw.

17. All costs associated with collection of the prize and the transfer of ownership are the responsibility of the winner.
 

18. It is the winner's responsibility to arrange suitable car insurance for the prize.

19. Funds raised from this raffle will be used to support Blood Cancer NZ's work with patients and their families impacted by blood cancer.

20. You authorise the Trust to retain your name and contact details in the Trust’s database and to use them to keep you informed of future offers, promotional events and/or fundraising activities that the Trust believes may be of interest to you.

21. If you wish to be removed from these databases, please let the Trust know in writing by emailing annabell@bloodcancer.org.nz.

22. The winner agrees that their details and photograph may be used for publicity and/or promotional purposes.
 

23. The Trust reserves the right to cancel the raffle at any time prior to the prize draw.

24. In the event of a cancellation of this raffle, the cancellation will be published on the Trust’s website, social media, and in The New Zealand Herald. All ticket holders will be notified via email, and the Trust will refund all ticket costs to the ticket holders.
