About
Blood Cancer NZ has supported blood cancer research in New Zealand for more than 30 years.
Our research grants help researchers, clinicians and students investigate the questions that matter for patients, from understanding how blood cancers develop to improving diagnosis, treatment and care.
This support includes project grants, PhD scholarships, summer studentships and other funding that helps grow & sustain New Zealand's blood cancer research community.
By investing in people and ideas at different stages, Blood Cancer NZ helps build the research pipeline needed to improve outcomes over time. Each year, applications are received and assessed by our Medical and Scientific Committee, with the highest impact projects funded through donations to Blood Cancer NZ.
